This property was amazing, clean and beautiful. It is definitely worth the stay. The restaurant was very beautiful and the food was delicious and the flan is a must try.

Something must be right with the director/management because this staff was one of the best I've seen in a hotel - attitude, service, helpfulness - congratulations to the director for obviously doing a great job. Waiters in bar and restaurant were outstanding.

Beautiful 4 star hotel in the mountains. I had a view of the pool, mountains and garden. I would stay here again!

Everything was fine except there was no hair conditioner. Otherwise, breakfast was good, bed comfortable and good housekeeping . Overall a good value.

The walls were very thin, but luckily we did not have noisy neighbors. The first impression is that it is dingy, but the room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a walkable area, so you must park on the street (free) if you can find a spot or in the parking garage down the block and carry your luggage to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay exploring the city.

This was an oasis in the Pyrenees. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent and within walking distance to anything in town one would want to do. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious, clean with a picturesque view on the street. The owners of the hotel have (unlike a fair amount of hotels in the Pyrenees we have visited) taken the time and effort to modernize the hotel with updates in elevators, WiFi, furniture and fixtures. L'Ardiden was an unexpected delight. It's perched above a river with great mountain views from the rooms and a small balcony. The room was plain, but clean and modern and the bathroom was quite clean and spacious. The location is near the thermal baths, a bit removed from Luz St. Sauveur; however, I preferred being away from the traffic in Luz. It's about a 10 minute walk into Luz. This is a great place to experience Luz, Gavarnie and other regional attractions.

It was perfect for our ski trip, really close and very cozy

The hotel is located in a beautiful valley on an incredible route through the Spain to France Pyrenees. The feeling is of a small mountain inn, but with modern cottage finishes. The dinner and breakfast were excellent quality.
