"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"Looks a bit dated, but it was a nice and warm place. Clean facilities. Really warm and amazing staff. Hannah at the front desk stands out. She Helped with making transport arrangements, and telling me a bit about the area. The breakfast spread on the rooftop was really great. There was a brief issue of safety concerns during my stay, but the duty manager and his team handled it expertly, impressively and amicably. They were very professional. I’ll definitely be back.
