"Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair. Smoking is allowed on the balcony but obvious that the room had been smoked in. The sink was cracked. The pluses -there is a refrigerator, iron, hair dryer and cable tv. The free wifi worked well for streaming. However, there is no USB plugs. For the price about $110 aus a night it was fine given our preference to be located near our family. There are not many properties in the area."
