"We received a warm welcome from the Reception staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant has a variety of meals, from snack food to specials. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The 24 hour shuttle service is excellent and the driver was friendly and very polite. We will definitely return whenever we need to access Tullamarine airport. Thank you ."

"We arrived at a busy time, there had been a flight cancelled and the hotel was full. We had a longstanding booking and were excited to find we had received an upgrade and absolutely loved our allocated king suite. Great views of the air traffic, the most pillowy soft bed and bedding and all the lovely extras. The cafe and restaurant were hectic but the staff on that evening were clearly working incredibly hard and doing an amazing job. Would definitely stay there again. So convenient. "

"Parking is conveniently located next to each unit. Booked a mobility accessible unit and was assigned one with ramp access & a spacious bathroom suitable for wheelchair users. Unit was clean with adequate lightings, a well equipped kitchenette & generous sized fridge. Peaceful & quiet ambience in this village with green landscaping. Convenient short drive to nearby mall for food and essentials. Would like to stay here again on my next Melbourne trip."
