Rooms are lovely good size, we had a front street view, quiet area at night, hardly any disruptive traffic, so you can leave windows open at night. No aircon in our room, but there is a fan for air circulation which is all you need. I love the soft sound of the church bells in the morning, a gentle wakeup call.
