The staff was very accommodating and happy to meet any need or request we had. Once the staff knew the purpose of our visit, they shared additional tips and places to visit, which made our visit even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
The breakfast included was great. We also had dinner at the hotel and found the food delicious and the prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend the restaurant as well.
Unfortunately, I was only passing through and stayed there for only one night. I wish I had an opportunity to stay there longer. Hopefully there another time to visit. It's a beautiful place, and they have lovely staff. I'm an Australian travelling through Europe for business.
This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient

It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there.

Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...
Wonderful view of Achensee and great location within steps of lakeside cafes and restaurants. Really enjoyed the footpath along the lake and the nearby gondola to the top of a small mountain for lunch.
