We had no issues getting around the property, no issues parking, and access to UH was also convenient. The team at this America’s Best location are polite, professional, and always strive to accommodate me (even when I show up unannounced and unexpected.) Guys, they have big truck parking, fresh hot showers, and a comfy clean room. Definitely a hidden gem on this side of HTown."

"This property is amazing. Great location in Downtown Houston. Lobby, hotel restaurant Biggio's and wine bar are great. The best part about this hotel is obviously the rooftop pool. They have plenty of seating. The pool waitstaff are attentive. The offered complimentary cold water bottles one of the days we were there. They have plenty of clean pool towels and the DJ was a plus. Rooms are nice and comfy. We will continue to come back when we can get a good rate."
