The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the city Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 5 minutes by foot to the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent. So many things are well considered and taken care of by the hotel staff, e.g. in the morning our car was cleaning from snow falling through the night. Our room was spacy and recently renovated.
We were so happy that we chose this hotel. The rooms are very nice, our view was spectacular. Breakfast was substantial and fueled us until mid afternoon. Beautiful outdoor dining but make a reservation. Ettal is a charming town and close to many attractions.
The hotel was very nice and I was very happy with all the amenities. It is not near old town so you have to either take a taxi or drive, but it is only about 10 minutes away. Since we were driving it was nice to have free parking at the hotel. Also the parking garages downtown will give you free parking if you buy a ticket to go up to Hafelekar on the funicular and cable cars.

I booked a Junior Suite for my wife and I and our expectations were well exceeded. When I pay for a place like this I expect perfection. I found it. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was professional and courteous, and the spa facilities were flawless. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the prices. The food, drinks, spa packages, hotel did not come cheap. But how could you expect a place so perfect to be cheap? You definitely get what you pay for.
If you do not mind dark old furniture, this hotel is a Good morning choice. Location was great, very walkable. Staff was super nice and buffet breakfast (not included) was satisfactory.
Innsbruck is a great place, with beautiful views of snowy mountains around the city.

We stayed for a little over a week and had a wonderful experience! The location was amazing - close to the train station and walkable to pretty much everywhere. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day cleaning the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast buffet was your typical European breakfast with lots to choose from! They had the best raspberry jam every morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
