"Room was freezing. The heater didn’t heat the room. Sink chipped. Reception door glass smashed and taped up. Very awkward to find as you had to drive over a raised kerb parallel to the main road which looked like pavement and round the back of the fish restaurant. Old mattress and lots of rubbish and shopping trollies in car park. Would not stay again. "

"I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one.
When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one.
The staff need training on dealing with customers, "

"Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed.
The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent.
There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."
