"A very clean and comfortable place. The rooms were very nice and the beds quite comfortable. The bathrooms were up to date and there was plenty of hot water. The pub next door was very hand for a drink and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. "

"Last minute booking at this wonderful guest house. Host was very accommodating and welcoming on arrival. Double room was a very good size with all the amenities you could need. View from our room was of the farm, which was lovely as we could see playful lambs from our window! Breakfast in the morning was a traditional northern English breakfast which was fantastic. There was also a selection of cereals, fruit and toast. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend "

"We were very comfortable during our stay the bed was ok but the bathroom was tired. The air conditioning was excellent and the breakfast was ok the coffee was not to my taste but plenty of choice to help yourself to. "
