"The hotel’s location is outstanding - right across from Tower Bridge, which is truly incredible.
However, the property itself could benefit from a complete renovation. The exterior feels somewhat worn, and both the lobby and guest rooms would improve with updates as well.
I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay."
"The staff was real friendly and helpful. I had a long flight coming into London Heathrow and unfortunately had to wait a long time for my room to be ready. I was hoping that even when check in time is 2 pm that there would be certain rooms available for those travelers that come in earlier"
"Clean decent sized room, the two twin beds are a bit small but it was ok for us. Breakfast is very good with many options. Hells Kitchen restaurant is fantastic for a special evening or a celebration. The menu is concise but the oysters, wagyu meatballs and roasted cod were great. "

"Restaurant not that busy on the evening. We were told to take a seat and then we were ignored. After around 10 minutes I had to get the waiter over. Placed our order. Starters came and when eaten we were again just ignored. Had to chase down staff again for service. Mains came, not what we ordered. Then after that was corrected had to wait ages for the bill. Having worked in hospitality myself I know what it is like. The staff seemed to have no pride in providing a quality service, very poor in that respect, but the food, when they got it right, was acceptable."
