We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful.
What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders.

Came for new year and it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

1 adult, 2 kids, 1 being wheelchair user. Given wheelchair accessible room which was big and spacious although would say was tired looking (maybe seems a theme with Holiday Inn Express.) certainly didn’t affect the stay. Unfortunately sofa bed wasn’t made up and no spare bedding, didnt ask as was late by this point and all were tired having travelled from Skye. Son opted for it with his blankets whilst mum shared with disabled...
