"Lift only goes to 2nd floor then very narrow steps to go up to third floor so if an older person don't take a room on third floor and lift was out of commission on our stay"

"Excellent accommodation at Westlands. Very clean and most comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfasts were good, but we did find that the tables in the dining room were too close together, affecting easy, and safe , movement between, and any private conversation at the table. This is a minor criticism: we would certainly recommend this Bed and Breakfast."

"Not great! Looks like a hotel that hasn’t been upgraded since the 70’s. I had to sleep with my duvet wrapped around me so that I didn’t feel the springs in the mattress. I will say that the two members of staff I came across were excellent, really pleasant, cheery and helpful."
