"It is a great convenient location for Gatwick North. Excellent breakfast . Clean rooms with a lovely large shower and nice smelling toiletries. All staff were polite and helpful "

"A couple of issues like the pool being closed for a repaint for a couple of days. This is as out of their hands though so not the hotel’s fault. They were wonderful and gave us a free upgrade to compensate for the lack of pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and relaxing. They were happy for us to have an extra hour the next day as we had slept in, The bed was far too comfortable. It was the best night’s sleep we have ever experienced. We didn’t have breakfast but the breakfast area was modern and had plenty of space. The interiors were modern and well kept. There was a little bit of paint that needed a new coat due to peeling in the bathroom behind the door but that was the only possible thing that could be done to improve the interior that we saw. It certainly made no difference to our stay. They had decorators in doing some upkeep other rooms so I am sure they are making sure they keep their high standards. The service is that of a five star hotel. They really go that extra mile. Even calling us a taxi for an event we were attending, without hesitation. The staff were extremely friendly, so much so, that we would not hesitate in staying here again. They are a huge asset to Holiday Inn. Infact, I was extremely impressed with the interior design, the bar and restaurant area looked very up to date and well maintained. Book, you won’t be disappointed. "

"The breakfast was a buffet and it was varied and plentiful. The rooms were clean, not noisy and after a little play with the settings i managed to copl the room down. The bathroom and shower area was tidy, modern looking and, again, clean. Bar was tidy, busier in the evening and food was good but i felt the breakfast much better compared to the evening options. "

"Stayed in room 9 in the attic & did not experience any noise issues that others have reported. Staff friendly, no issues with the stay. Breakfast was cooked fresh & tasty. Bar selection was a bit limited."

"Best hotel in the area by a mile. Friendly staff (Jules on reception is a gem and Kuba on the bar makes a great Espresso Martini!). Breakfast is plentiful with great choices of hot and cold food. Rooms are lovely. Whenever we are in the area this is the only place we stay. Highly recommended. "
