"Great hotel - it’s not central but if you have business in Cambridge’s west campus, it’s excellent. It’s about an horizon to walk its the centre of Cambridge, and the U1 and U2 busses plus a couple of others come out here. The hotel is well-kept, with a nice lobby fully of comfy seating and spots to get a bit of work done. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel, plus another cafe across the courtyard, along with a Sainsbury superstore. The rooms have small fridges, kettles and 2 bottles of still water daily. The rooms are quite pretty and spacious."

"I stayed here for Reggae Land. It was amazing. Staff were attentive to the guests, despite the overflow of guests. The only thing I’d change is for the hotel to better prepare for the number of guests in terms of having more staff to help on the days for Reggae Land. Other than that, it was great!"

"This Hotel was a wonderful place. I knew the accommodation wasn't going to be superb from the outset, but I had heard that it was a fantastic pub for food, location and staff. From the outset, the staff on check in, (Justin) and the serving staff, were absolutely top-notch. The evening dinner was incredible -their chefs are something else. Every dish was superb, plus you knew it was being made with care, as they came out over time and not pre-prepared quickly. The rooms were fine, certainly quite outdated, but clean and organised and that is sometimes all you need when travelling! On a final note, the breakfast was also superb and very generous portions indeed. All in all, I recommend this place, for the staff and food alone!"
