Banff is applauded for its cultural attractions such as Banff Museum and Portsoy Pottery. The city has something for everyone including sights like Duff House and Inverboyndie Beach within a small-town setting.
Parking in the town can be a challenge but it is manageable. Once in the town, there are a good number of places to eat and shop or historical sites to visit.

I like Banff. Portsoy where the hotel is, is about 8 miles from Banff.
"The place was very friendly the receptionist saw that my partner was disabled and gave us room one instead of room 19 so grateful for that will stay there again when attending Refuel next year if my partner is with me"
"2-night stay at the Laichmoray.
Double room 27 at ground floor rear of building. Quiet, good workspace with sockets.
Bath/Shower & plenty of towels.
Suited me perfectly...."
