Restaurant overlooks well kept gardens and it would have been lovely to eat alfresco on the terrace had the May weather been kinder.
Comfortable room with good tea/coffee making facilities….. fresh milk in the refrigerator every day which was a nice touch.
Comfortable shared sitting room in the main house.
We stayed 3 nights this quiet hotel mid-May and had an enjoyable stay. Parking was easy.

"When raised with them the next day the staff did give us a small discount on the nightly rate for that evening which was appreciated but feel like we should have been placed in a different room in advance knowing they had a wedding and also should have been told on check in what time the music would be on until etc."

"It was great to have a pool and steam rooms. All very clean, however it wasn’t clear that they were open to non residents at certain times so when we wanted a swim the pool was full of children.
