Recommend a walk along to Finlarig Castle ruins and the Falls of Dochart are a must see. There is a little co-op 2 mins walk from the hotel and a lovely gift shop beside the falls

Excellent
There are a limited number of places to eat especially at the weekend evenings. So i would recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment. Nice and quiet , can get busy with day trippers .

Excellent
Sitting enjoying a drink next to the open fire or outside enjoying the views on the edge of the river. Would highly recommend that you dine in the restaurant.
"A lovely converted 18th century hunting lodge. Nice spacious room with a spacious bathroom and so nice to have 2 chairs . Dinner was excellent . A vey nice selection for breakfast . Good location within walking distance of Aberfeldy "
"Stunning views over the loch and surrounding hills.
A lovely welcome from Ann on reception.
Food and service were excellent.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable (a lighter duvet would have been a bonus as the room was very warm and that was with the heating off and windows open).
If you fancy climbing a Munro, Schiehallion is about 15 minutes from the hotel to the car park.
Can't fault it and would stay again.
Thank you."
