The Imperial Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most amazing room in terms of size and view. It was in great condition and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely new bathroom too. The staff were extremely nice throughout our stay and we wished we could have stayed longer "
"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. I also ate in the hotel for the Saturday evening and was made to feel very welcome and at ease as a solo traveller. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! All in all, a lovely stay"
"Fantastic location on Milford Haven marina and easy enough to find. The car park is just across the road from the hotel.
The view of the marina/waterfront from both our room and the restaurant was lovely. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner is excellent. The rooms are bijou but perfectly comfortable. The hotel staff are a real asset to the company as they are all very helpful and friendly. "
"The hotel staff were very good, the room clean & beds good. We had a good night with undisturbed sleep & a hearty breakfast. The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing."
