"Basic hotel . Clean towel . Near Diana Mall with food option nearby. 20-30minutes walk to Lee Garden. Check in strictly after 2pm, only 1keycard , no extra pillow. Short stay and if you mainly not in room ok. TV channel can be improve and consider issue guest 2 keycard . Blind not totally blackout. "

"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat "
