"First thing to say is I’ve never stayed in any other hotel in Turkey. I arrived late and was put in a basic room even thought I’d payed extra. The next day I was put in the correct room. The late night staff were rude. The air conditioning made some weird noises and the shower head was broken. Overall the room was very rough and very tired.
