"Customer service desk employee was less then knowledgeable. Hot tub broken but he couldn't remember it was broken until halfway through our conversation and he replied "ooooooooh yeah there was a maintenence man here today, the hot tub heater is broken. So do you want to cancel reservation and leave or I can contact my manager and have her contact you tomorrow about a refund?" Tomorrow never ended up happening. Pool was freezing cold. Blinds didn't go up or down stuck half open. Beds were ok and only good thing is he did give us a handicap room but proceeded to tell me to please DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP SPACE!!! What the actual... Next day service desk wasn't much better. Walked past and even stopped twice to talk to them but too busy gossiping. Yes I could hear them. So I just checked out and called it a wash! Will never stay again. "

"Didn’t even see the breakfast or the pool. Sliding glass door was fogged up from seal failure and off track. Entry door has a gap so big you could see outside. A/c wouldn’t regulate a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing cold or blazing hot."

"The staff are very friendly except the guy at night check in, he was a little rude and argues but the rest was very friendly to our family and very helpful. Air conditioning was very low though can’t feel the cold air upstairs bedroom. Breakfast is not the best as only cereals, oatmeal and pancakes but it’s fine with us as we’re not a morning eater, but hot breakfast would been great to add on. Overall experience was good. Amigo and the brown gentleman who works all around in the morning with his wife was amazing, very friendly even with his little English but he tried to communicate, he even helps us bring our stuff downstairs as he saw us struggling bringing them down the stairs."

"The property and room where nice and clean. The breakfast was mediocre. After checkout, I was charged $135 for a wash rage and a face towel they said was missing. I never took anything and had to go through hell to even reach anyone at the property to talk to. I was hung up on several times"

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the trolley. Only complaint is that our room was located near a staff area (I assume linen and cleaning storage), which made it somewhat noisy outside our room. "
