Pros: Hotel over all was nice. Located in a quiet area off the highway but still close to shopping, food and entertainment. Quick drive to Busch Gardens for the day. Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: Came back from a day at the parks and out room door was propped open with deadbolt. We shut if when we left. No housekeeping services were done either. Luckily nothing was missing. Told the front desk gentleman and he was very dismissive and somewhat rude. The pool seems to be the property smoking lounge which made swimming with our kids unenjoyable. For the price I would expect a little higher quality and customer service.
