Room is clean, good space for luggage as well compared to other business hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well spoken English to answer questions. "A lovely property with larger than average rooms compared to the likes of tokyo and osaka (enough to open your hold luggage and not have to put it on the bed). Staff were pleasant and friendly, free beer till 9pm was a nice touch, we also asked about a local restaurant and they happily booked it for us at reception without issue and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, bit small on options but enough to get by. Super easy to get to from the airport using the Yui monorail. I would happily stay here...

Breakfast is little small with limited choices but still we can find things to fill the belly :) Very convenient location, just a few steps from a big subway station and convenient stores just around the corner. Also possibilities of restaurants and malls, big park beside the river is very close too. Excellent."

"The staff was great, the on site restaurant has good food, and the room is spacious. The shower and bathtub were very large because it used to be a “Love Hotel” but now is marketed for families. The neighborhood still has some red light stuff around, so be aware. However, the area felt quiet, safe, and we could walk to a nice little beach with life guards, food, and banana boat rentals."
