"I did not have a great time with the staff. However the place was easy to find. Not very well located for food at night but still easy to get to the airport which is the main point. If the staff were more accommodating this would have been pleasant."

"The breakfast is excellent at this hotel. As I had an afternoon flight, I was able to enjoy it at leasure."

"Nice size room, bed was comfortable and bar / restaurant really nice. The bathroom was however really disappointing, the curtain around the shower didn’t keep the water in, and 2/3rds of the bathroom ended up wet after showering. Standing water across the bathroom floor which didn’t drain away so ended up standing in water to use the toilet for the rest of the night. "

"The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!"

"Nice hotel with a large room, interesting decor but was to our taste. If you're a light sleeper then you might want to unplug the fridge as it was very noisy"
