"The rooms, communal areas and bathrooms where spotless, 10/10 for cleanliness. The interior is stunning and would definitely stay here again. However, the showers wouldn’t give hot water. Although maintenance are quick to come and fix this when you call, the problem is ongoing as the boiler isn’t strong enough to power the whole building, they need a bigger one or a second one. The residents who are staying there long term, told me it has been like that a while. I had to wash myself from kettle...
