Very disappointed, stayed here on 21st march for one night, the room was so hot, radiator on full and wouldn’t turn down, spoke to receptionist and got told to open the window, the plug in the sink wouldn’t work, very noisy rooms can hear people from other rooms and in corridor. Not a great stay. Arrived to no heating/radiator not working. However a oil filled radiator was available in the room, implies maybe the room was known to be cold? Shower didnt work. On arrival toilet was running continuously and wouldnt flush. Wifi details not available in the room which would of been helpful.. When raised these all to the staff in the morning told "Yeah sometimes people dont think that shower works but you need to pull both switches." No apology for other factors? And if that is the case maybe a sign could help on how to use shower? Dont think il return.
