"The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it- which is not the customer service you need. Room service we ordered once and the menu did not match what they were saying. And there was noise above our room that woke us up during the Night (other guests complained of the same). But it was in a really good location."

"So odd to see a phone in a room these days. No menu or room service in the room, no lit on gib . Fridge working with one small bottle of water therein. Excellent views. The only down side was that tourist tax was never mentioned until I checked out. Not an issue really but one like to be told these things at the beginning of the stay and not as your checking out and leaving . All in all a pleasant experience. Exceptionally clean ."

"Great location for everything we wanted to do, 4 mins in a taxi from/to airport, walking distance (10-15 mins) to Ocean Beach Marina and 2 mins from Eastern Beach, 5-10 mins walk to Catalan Bay and Sandy Bay. The property pictures do not flatter to deceive, it was as good as it looked in the pictures. It was on a very busy road - to be aware if with Children etc. Walter the host was very good. Overall I’d love to stay there again and would highly recommend."
