Close location to airport and train station. Room had newer look with plenty of room. Emily who checked us in was nice and made the process go smoothly.

Great hotel, tranquil, and the breakfast was fantastic.

This was a family trip, which left us pleasantly surprised about the hotel. The only negative is the cost of parking at the hotel (25 Euro per day), while there is plenty of forecourt parking space, made available only for 15 minutes, and a lot of public parking within 2 minutes walk, at 8 Euro per day.

I was in Leuven for a class and the hotel was in a nice quiet part of town. There are two drawbacks to this hotel, neither one would prevent me from staying there again: 1. The don't have a restaurant and room service is limited, although there breakfast Buffett is nice. 2. They don't supply hair conditioner. This appears to be a Belgian phenomenon, I have stayed in 4 different hotels in different cities in Belgium and neither of them provided hair conditioner.

Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

Very cool different hotel, the moment you walk in into the reception-bar area you will say wow! We stayed only for one night to catch a flight next morning which this hotel was pretty convenient because its near to the airport and they have free shuttle service (both ways). Room was nice, modern and clean. Very recommendable, very affordable.

This was quite an amazing hotel! Very modern with lots of artistic features, including paintings and other artwork and the library. An excellent breakfast was offered. The location was easy to access with underground parking in house. They put a lot of money into this place, which is recently built.

I recently stayed at Warwick and had a great experience! It was the perfect location to see much of Brussels main attractions as well as many dinning options. It’s also in a very safe location and in close proximity to a metro station. The staff was very helpful when we inquired about travel within the city and kept our room perfectly clean!

I was impressed by the quality of the hotel/room considering how affordable it was. Located in a great area, walking distance to lots of great restaurants/bars/shopping etc The staff were all extremely hospitable and the room was decently maintained. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the plaza which was an added bonus.

Very close to everything

Good location - less than 10 minute walk to train station. about a 5 minute walk to the "grand place" Room was sizeable. Good bed.. pillows a bit on the soft side. Bathroom was good size. Had a large soaking tub. Shower head was great.

Staff were great attentive & helpful. Clean room, bed & bathroom. Very easy access to transportation to city central area & station.. though the area around hotel is not looking safe but still exceed my expectations of hotel. Will definitely recommend & if I come back to Brussels still my hotel of choice.

Second time, second year in a row. Proximity to train station & Breakfast won again. Room was clean. There were sounds of shooting / fireworks near the hotel at the middle of one of the nights, I would expect at least some explaining about that from the crew, at the morning after, to reassure everything is fine.

I should have asked the hotel directly how to get there. I trusted Expedia and that was a big mistake. Once I got there and got my bearings to the city everything was wonderful. Here is the BIG tip. Get off at the NORTH train station and then walk the 5-10 minutes straight down the road to the hotel
