"The hotel and room are great. We come to York twice a year for dance competitions. Every trip we end up switching hotels because they are subpar and raise concerns. We will be making the Queens Road location our permanent spot on our trips to York, PA. 100/10 stars. The staff was friendly with smiles, even coming in late at night. The rooms were immaculate.🌟 .
