Coffee and muffin in the morning while sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. A surprised reggae concert on our last night of our stay. The general manager did a wonderful job. And don’t forget the fire pit every night. Highly recommended."

"Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. The only productive thing accomplished was that our fridge was switched out for a clean one. The employee “mopped,” resulting in the same floor dirt being pushed around. We...
