hospitality was superb great staff clean rooms and spacious

Amazing place to spend a few days. From day one the staff makes you feel welcome

We had a lovely stay at the Vira Hotel. It was in a convenient location with lovely staff and service.

I can’t wait to come back here. I loved this place. It was very peaceful and they had food on the sight.

I found my second home, I am a happy guest💖

Great location the staff was amazing plus a great value

This hotel was beautiful, very clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay! Recommend a 10/10

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

The hype is absolutely real and this property deserves all the 5 star reviews! The property manager and the lovely boys that run this place do a PHENOMENAL job of keeping the place pristinely clean! They are super helpful organized my laundry and more! The location is fantastic a 3 min walk to the gym and other restaurants , I didnt use it but the pool was crystal clear clean! My all time favorite thing was the nightly "turn down service"...Closing the shutters for privacy and they cleaned the...

Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. As you sit by the 80 meter long pool, time and stress seems to melt away into the imported sand beach. Food was excellent, free parking was much appreciated, and the shuttle to the Shopping...

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Constantly trying to help, constantly engaging in friendly conversation. We felt like we were visiting friends! The pools are great (with attached bars Serving great drinks!), location on the beach was quite pretty. The breakfast is fine, not a high point but good, again with very friendly and attentive staff. The room was...

This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I'm not saying don't do it if you have a problem with hotel pick-up, I'm saying be aware of what you are...

I saw a lot of plastic on the beach! Made me sad. Hotel was great 👍

Tremendous beach access, splendid service with very friendly and attentive people. Excellent breakfast included: I did not try the restaurant upstairs. Spa was clean and affordable Very modern hotel, less than three years old Great value! There are cheaper places available in Bali, but not a better value, and you do not have to be wealthy to enjoy this great spot.

I am traveling with a friend, it’s our first time in Bali. We came from Ubud area. We’re impressed with the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s setting was stunning. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, with a diverse selection of delicious options. The hotel itself had a lush, we really loved walking around at night. Christmas decorations were beautiful to take nice pictures too. The...

what a gorgeous lobby! check in was easy and quick, esp when they give you a refreshing cold drink while waiting. staff was always nice and helpful during the whole trip (suggested places to see traditional dance performances, looked up times for Yoga Barn for me, etc). Rooms were perfectly clean and comfy- showers were a little strange bc it was entirely see through, but manageable. hotel was within walking distance to so many places to see, eat, and shop, as well as atm and marts. best...
