"This hotel gave me a home in Boston . It is beautiful, very clean, excellent service and excellent food. The staff were all very helpful , thoughtful and kind. I am 70 years old and I had to travel alone. The general manager Agnes set the example and I saw her greet people inside and outside the hotel. "We stayed here for a quick overnight as we had an early flight home. The room was small but well designed with everything that you need (and the most comfortable robes!). The front desk people were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our experience was great! They even called our rental car company to see if we could return the car at a closer location!
