We loved our stay at Dunia Desert Suites. The rooms were big, very comfortable, clean, and everything is very new. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, helpful, went out of their way to make us comfortable since we were Americans. They made the atmosphere at the pool so fun serving great drinks at the bar, playing fun music, and even made us a delicious dinner Friday night for Shabbat. The breakfast was great both mornings and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel reopened recently after an extensive renovation. For the money, this is easily the best hotel in the area. There are three sized rooms. Couples and families should avoid the smallest category.
The staff were outstanding. Everyone from the front desk, dining room and room cleaning staff. Understanding, accommodating, and they understood my English.

We were impressed by the fact that our room was really a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath. The breakfast was amazing, with hot casseroles and cold salads. The crater was only one block away so we could walk to the Visitor Center.
