Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. This place is amazing off the beaten path but there shuttle is so easy to use they have set time and only takes you to train station but it works perfectly the train station is in town.
This hotel was one of the best in our month-long trip to Italy. Very comfortable, close to everything - town, ferry, train, but not noisy or crowded area. Great for walking. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and friendly. Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.
