Hubby and I spent 4 nights in this great hotel for our 30th anniversary. We arrived early on check in day and the room was not ready. Hotel was in a great location right across the street from the water. Many great restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Private beach club entry $40 per room was very convenient across the street and gave you access to beach, lounge chair and umbrella. Breakfast was plentiful & lovely. This was our 2nd stay. It was nice to see the same staff that was still there. Breakfast is worth every penny huge Friday. Rooms were very comfortable and the view was amazing.
The hotel and staff were very good. Its placed just off the main street, so you don't have to hear all the noise. There is a national forest in the back of the city that you can enjoy a nice walk with small waterfalls. The staff was spot on on all their recommendations. When we go back, we will stay here again.

We had a long day of travel from Venice to Salerno and this was the perfect hotel! It was walkable from the train station, the room was big and we did have a balcony. The continental breakfast was great - with some good croissants. There are also many different cafes and shops nearby. We were able to walk less than a mile to take a ferry to Positano. I would highly recommend if you are using transportation and want something convenient.
