"The property was nice but the front desk reception staff was a bit rude. Didn’t explain any procedures to us when we arrived such as how to use the room key (not intuitive), when and how breakfast was served. Unable to get continental breakfast figured out for us after two tries (two mornings). No paper menu on the second day so we couldn’t order as we got in pretty late. Then they charged us €50 for room service because we didn’t fill out the form. What?? Spa services were a different story....

"Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B."

"Set in the heart of Val D’Orcia this presented a great base to visit the surrounding villages, Radicofani being the closest but within easy reach of other towns and the various hot springs like Bagni San Fillipo and others. Our apartment was well laid out and clean, providing all we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The only issue we had was with the TV which was rapidly resolved. "Adler was truly and amazing experience from start to finish. Before we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They helped us book transfers from Rome and to Florence as well as a great wine tour referral. The property is incredible. The website and pictures do not do it justice.
