"We arrived at night and the staff were waiting for us at the train station to help us with the luggage. During the stay, everything was clean, calm, quite, and safe. The outdoor jaccuzi facing the matterhorn is something else, you site there and forget the timing. The staff were super friendly and one thing to notice is they work with each other as family. On top of that, Juliana was a big help to us and made our stay easier. This place is really recommended and I will come again every year for...

- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Headed to Italy for some summer skiing on the Cervinia glacier. This was further away than I thought it would be, but not too far. Accomodations were simple and solid. Breakfast was good. Hosts were great. There is absolutely nothing negative to say here. It's not fancy, but for a moderate cost alpine hotel, it was exactly what we needed and expected. Definitely recommend."
