"The staff was very accomodating, Helped me to adjust the length of my stay. I did not get her name but she was so pretty with long dark hair and recently was living in Canada. Kept me in the loop as they discussed with Hotels.com my options. The hotel is clean, offers meals and drinks on site as well as free snack bar. Great location, beautiful scenery. "The hotel was in a great spot to explore the Dolomites, without being too far from Cortina for food options. The views from the property were spectacular. The only negatives were the fact that our TV didn’t seem to connect to the Internet and that there it was very hot in the room (no AC) and we needed to have the window open, which exposed us to noise from the parking lot and TVs on in other rooms with the windows open too."
