"The rooms were clean, though the floor felt a little sticky in sports. The staff when approached were helpful and professional. The coffee machine was broken for most of my stay. The property is not accessible. Other than The main doors there were no accessible buttons to open doors. Even for those of us without accessibility needs would find automatic doors helpful."

"It was rather easy to find the hotel from the bus station. Smooth check in, despite I checked in online but wasn't able to find the email. Room was nice, although we would have appreciated if there would be a kettle for tea- and coffee powder as we arrived at midnight."

"Modem and clean hotel. Not fancy one, but with amazing service and very helpful staff! Small kitchen is a great benefit - you can have snacks, make easy food and tea in your room. Fridge is also a great benefit. Great location - everything in walking distance (old town, best shopping malls, restaurants and cafes, bars and public transportation)."

"I had two problems with the hotel, but only one is easily solved. There was no chair in the room, just an upholstered cube. After being on my laptop for about 20 to 30 minutes my back was really painful. I asked for a chair with a back and they brought one up from the dining room. That worked like a charm and even after an hour and a half my back didn't hurt. The other problem will require some construction on the hotel's part. I am a solo senior traveler and going up the steps one at a time with two bags, o e fairly large and more bulky than heavy was not fun. There are NO ramps up to the front entrance level. If this hotel was in the States, the state, feds, and ambulance chair lawyers would be all over them. That is the only keeping me from giving them a solid 5."

"A very fashionable building and a cozy apartment that was ideal for mine and my partner's style of travel. Great kitchen provisions that included plates and bowls, glassware and silverware, a saute pan, and a French press with coffee very thoughtfully provided. Included a reusable bag for shopping and a plug adaptor for US electronics as well. Will definitely stay again if we're back in Tallinn!"
