My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff is very kind, rooms are huge and services are great. SPA is excellent and there is a play room for kids and adults. Breakfast was very good as well. The town is a small gem, you have a Bakery, a Bar, a little market and parking places everywhere
We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered),
And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE!

This is a beautiful property. We loved our stay at Hotel Salvadori. The staff was lovely and the food, particularly the dinner, was amazing. We enjoyed the sauna facilities and the pools. The design and style was impeccable. The fourth generation family owners were very gracious. Can’t wait to come back.
Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff.
They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.
Hotel Pfösl is a truly special place. The hospitality, serene setting, beautiful design and incredible amenities make it a perfect spot to escape and relax. We've really never experienced such great service anywhere else. The spa facilities and infinity pool are also out of this world. And the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
