"The rooms were very comfortable. We had connected rooms with my teenagers. Clean, breakfast was ok. Montecatini is a good location to visit different Italian cities. Cafe, restaurants and bars are walkable. "

Staff was wonderful, and the location is very walkable. The biggest complaint is that the bed was hard as a rock! And the sheets were very starchy and stiff. We had to ask someone for a mattress topper, which they somehow remedied, but were a bit shocked. "

"The Staff are very helpful.The location is excellent situated between Firenze and Pisa. The town montecatini is very nice,and has good local bus and train links which are very cheap which enabled us to visit Firenze, Pisa, Siena and Viareggio, we had a great time."

I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open...
