Quite a nice stay but could improve

A nice stay but could have been improved in some areas. No towels pool side and when I politely asked I was told “wait 10 minutes” then they were dumped on a wall and I wasn’t even told they were available. The breakfast is the same old thing every day and it’s like a canteen. Fruit poor and I don’t eat meat or eggs so v little for me. There is no choice - breakfast is always included. The coach loads kept coming so it was heaving at every breakfast time. Staff mainly v helpful although not all. One v smiley bar girl and one lovely girl in the breakfast room otherwise everyone just doing their job and that was it. Loved the use of bikes, gym nice and pool area pleasant. If only it was no smoking - too many times I had to move to get away from fumes.

One of the best...

A really nice 3 x nights. We arrived really late to the hotel, thanks to numerous queues and traffic congestion at the italian border with France. Reception checked us in really quickly had the hotel restaurant delivered a late meal to the room. The room was recently renovated and in 'as new' condition overlooking the outdoor pool. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Aircon was a godsend as usually I choose not to use it however at low power, we slept well. Breakfast was good with a large variety of choice, and eggs and bacon were always warm and plentiful. Reception, restaurant and the lounge areas were always clean and inviting. Best of all was the outdoor pool. Practically lived in it! Always a sun bed available if you were patient. Hotel location was good, close to the bars and resturants. Would definitely consider rebooking for next summer.

Vi havde glædet os rigtig meget til dette ophold, men vi tog hjem før tid da det simpelthen var så skuffende. Morgenmaden var intet sigende og trist, ingen wifi, poolområdet var trist og kedeligt, værelserne lige så på trods af at vi fik opgraderet vores værelse. De var søde og rare i receptionen, men ellers virkede personalet triste over at være på arbejde. Der var ingen service, ikke engang et ‘hej og velkommen til’ når man gik ned til morgenmaden. Meget trist.

Hotellet var meget rent og ligger rigtigt godt placeret i byen, poole området og poolen er efter vores mening for lille til hotellet størrelse. Det mad vi bestilte i poolbaren var ikke særligt godt, og helt galt gik det da vi fik vores cecar salat hvor kyllingen var erstattet af 4 rejer og salaten var bitter. Så den kan ikke anbefales. Der var godt med personale i receptionen som var hurtige og imødekommende

Absoluut geen 4 sterren. Overdag is de bar aan het zwembad niet open. De ramen van de badkamer kunnen niet afgedekt worden, de buren zien je blood in de badkamer staan. Airconditioning werkt niet of de regeling werkt niet (het is te warm of veel te koud). Rustig ontbijten kan niet, want het personeel rijd continu met een oud karretje door de ontbijtzaal. Er is veel aandacht aan de aankleding van het hotel gegeven, maar de service is ver te zoeken. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Anlage, auf den zweiten Blick mehr Schein als sein. Balkone voller Taubendreck, je Zimmer ein dreckiger Plastikstuhl auf dem Balkon, im Bad verkalkte Fliesen in der Dusche, Toilettenspülung nur mit dreimal drücken, Frühstück im Speiseraum wie in einer Kantine, genauso das Abendessen. Keinerlei Atmosphäre. Die Kellner lustlos. Das weibliche Personal ganz große Klasse. Immer bemüht.

Albergo nella media non un 4 stelle sembra più un tre stelle, camera deluxe asettica diversa dalle foto della prenotazione , mancava la vasca da bagno. arredamento minimale grigio, cattivo odore probabilmente muffa o altro. La colazione è da hotel 3 stelle , il bacon durissimo non commestibile, cappuccino da macchinetta automatica pessimo. Sicuramente il periodo pandemia ha inciso sulla qualità del servizio che necessariamente si è dovuto adeguare ed abbassare i costi e quindi la qualità.

Zimmer Deluxe sind prima, Pool klasse, leider nur 16 Sonnenliegen am Pool möglich, Frühstück auch für italienische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht. Kostenlos gibt es Rphrei welches schon ewig liegt, alles andere frische muss extra bezahlt werden. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Innenbereich ist geschlossen. Hotel was really lovely, relatively quiet so we had no problem getting a bed by the pool, might not be quite so easy if the hotel was full. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was amazing. Montecatini-Terme is Definately a place worth visiting and very easy to get to in the train.
