"The hotel alpha was very helpful. We had a mix up with our room, the hotel helped us out very quickly and made the stay absolutely great. The staff were very helpful. The pool was quiet and very clean. The grounds made it feel like a villa in the countryside. Breakfast was done beautifully and fresh. We were suggested a nice restaurant in the area from a staff member, which we ended up having for three times. They also helped us to find a boat cruise for the area. Thank you hotel alpha!!!"

The rooms are spacious but could use some upgrading. The staff was incredible. They were helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you and accommodate your asks. The concierges,Giuseppe and Salvatore were amazing as were the front desk personnel, Michele and Rosella. This hotel had the most incredible, inclusive breakfast....

Approx 10min walk from sanit Angelo train station, beds rock hard and lumpy thin pillows which made it almost impossible to have a good nights sleep which affected our whole trip. Room was large though with balcony over looking pool and well insulated considering right next to train line. would prefer smaller room with a good mattress. Shower pressure was good if you could fit in, the smallest shower I’ve ever seen, 66cm x 66cm. Don’t drop the soap as you can’t pick it up...
