From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like a priority. Their kindness, respect, and joy made the whole experience unforgettable. The food? Absolutely incredible — hands down the best we’ve ever had on vacation. The resort is spotless, the beaches are pristine, and the atmosphere is peaceful and full of love. We were blessed with fresh coconuts, mangoes, and more, gifted by the generous people around us. We even made lifelong friends — something we never expected but now treasure deeply. "We love Coco! The staff are absolutely amazing and take the time to get to know you. The grounds are kept immaculate by the Maintenance staff. Rooms are always cleaned well by Housekeeping. Very quick walk to the most amazing beach on Seven Mile. "

"What can I say.... everyone and everything was amazing at the Riu!! Food was amazing. Entertainment all day long. The Riu entertainment crew was absolutely amazing. They interact with you your entire stay whether its sitting talking to you at the neach or lobby does not matter. Bartenders were very nice and made good drinks at any bar you go to. Kitchen crew and wait staff very pleasent and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beach is perfect. Thank you Riu for your amazing crew from beginning to end. We will be back!!"

"We had an amazing time in Jamaica and loved our stay at the Palms. The laid back, quiet atmosphere among the jungle wildlife was exactly what we needed to relax. The seclusion of the resort made it feel very inviting and welcoming. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly and tended to every need. The food was also delicious each and every meal! I definitely recommend getting reservations for the Lotus Leaf and Chefs Showcase. The short trip across the road to the beach was easy and it was nice to have a private section of the beach and water for guests only. Plus the Palms bar was right there for drinks and lunch at the beach if you so desired. We are already thinking of our next trip back!"
