"We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It was really great for us. The staff handled everything we needed and any issues we had very well. There is an elevator in the hotel, so you can easily get to every floor. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 a.m., and the buffet was quite good and sufficient. There is a parking lot. "Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "

"The non smoking room I booked smelled like an ashtray. The bed was so soft, my right hip and back hurt. Noisy till wee hours in the morning. Neighborhood was filled with trash and grafitti. Last morning there, while taking a shower, the water turned off."
