"I booked a 3 bed room (to ensure I got at least 2 beds). Upon arrival we were given 1 double and told the hotel was full. When I showed what I booked the guy on reception just shrugged and repeated that the hotel was full. We never saw another guest the hotel while we were there. The room itself was fine, breakfast is included (breakfast plate served in the restaurant across the street). Parking is free only after 5pm. Only book if you are ok with taking whichever room they feel like giving you...

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It was really great for us. The staff handled everything we needed and any issues we had very well. There is an elevator in the hotel, so you can easily get to every floor. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 a.m., and the buffet was quite good and sufficient. There is a parking lot. If you don’t have a car, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and most places are within a 10–15-minute walk, so you can easily get anywhere. The rooms...

"Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
