"I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The only thing that might be a small thing is that the bathroom tile felt slippery, like the soap from when it was mopped last wasn’t fully cleaned up. Other than that, it was perfect."

"The staff are all very helpful & respectful especially the front desk. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.. Their breakfast is basic and they have free parking. The Mexican restaurant next door food was very good and they offer a variety of beverages from the bar. There’s a cigar lounge next door name The Smoking Jacket with several large TV’s"

"The staff is awesome. Very helpful, and informative. The rooms are very retro. With popping colors. I absolutely love the style. The rooms are clean AF...ijs. i stay here everytime I'm in Dallas which is at least every 4-6 weeks. The breakfast is available a little to early for me but the one time i did go down there it was hot and fresh with a variety of great choices. If youre in Desoto check them out. You willbe happy you did. Oh and the gym is clean and well equipped. "

"The facility and grounds were stunning. You are literally within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the lighted bridge that leads out to the lighted water show is spectacular. I skated out there and LOVED it. You can see the bridge from one side of the hotel that makes a pretty nice view. Book the room."

"It's an unstaffed, self-serve facility. The instructional message was not originally received, but when I called after arriving at the property it was re-sent and all was good. Very clean, large and comfortable room and very quiet. Great location a few minutes from downtown. "

"Very large room with big TV. The AC unit was coming apart a bit by the window but it the being was controlled by a wall control so it was fine. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and there were so many options. Waffles, pancakes, eggs (boiled and scrambled) bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, breads, and juices. "
