"This is not a hotel. The check in process is sketchy at best. As you have to meet a stranger outside the gates to collect a key. There is not reception and/or baggage storage so if you arrive and your room is not ready you are stuck with your baggage on the streets until they tell you it’s ready. Rooms are basic with a bed, desk, bathroom. That is all. View was good if you are lucky to face the city but that is the best part of this place. If you don’t want or need to spend any time in the room...

"Apartment itself is fine. But... Lots of things didn't match the description. No TV box, no tea, no washing powder, iron turns your clothes black. Also, no access card, took an hour to get one from downstairs. Bathroom door is broken so if your kid shuts it from inside you'll need to jimmy the lock. Plus, there was an additional cleaning fee asked for on check in. When I queried it, rather than discussing it and looking at my invoice, they simply demanded I agree to pay before giving me the key,...
