"Breakfast menu was average. Coffee so so. There was powder creamer no fresh milk /cream next to coffee. There was no adjustments made for missed breakfast because of a tour at 7.
Didn’t know breakfast opened at 7. Other hotels have made this type of adjustment .

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "
